Risk Management

In an effort to respond to the changing legal landscape, Michigan State University’s Greek community has created a Risk Management Policy to govern all functions where alcohol may be used. Last modified in the spring of 2000, this policy was created in accordance with all applicable rules and laws. Members of all Panhellenic and Interfraternity Council organizations at Michigan State University are expected to follow the stipulations of this policy.
