Safe Halloween

Safe Halloween is an annual event in which fraternities and sororities host a street carnival of Halloween activities for area children and their families.  The primary purpose is to provide a safe alternative to traditional trick-or-treating, and to contribute to the East Lansing community as a whole.  M.A.C. and surrounding streets are closed for the event, while Chapter houses are transformed into Haunted Houses and the streets are filled with games, music and entertainment.  Safe Halloween also provides an opportunity for Chapters to build coalitions within the Greek community, and promote a positive image of Greek letter organizations.
