Office of the Ombudsman

"What in the world is an ombudsman?" you ask. Well, basically the ombudsman is the "complaint" person for the students. You should contact the ombudsman when you have a hassle with any part of the university and don't know where to turn for help. No miracles are promised, but the University Ombudsman may be able to help with your problem or concern. You will get an independent point of view in an informal and confidential way. The office is open 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday throughout the year and is committed to accommodating all students.
